Individual Session

Private Pay Rate: $155

Insurance Rate: $225

Group Session

Private Pay Rate: $175

Insurance Rate: $75, in addition to individual rate

Comprehensive Evaluation

My Approach

Cancellation Policy

24-hours notice is requested for sessions. Clinician will work to reschedule at a mutually agreed upon time within the same month. Exceptions may be made for shorter notice cancellations in the event of illness and other emergencies. The clinician will work with the family to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. It is imperative that you call at least 24-hours before the appointment to cancel. We reserve the right to charge a $55.00 cancellation/no show fee if you do not give us at least 24-hours notice or do not show up at your scheduled visit. Excessive missed visits may lead to discharge from services.
